10-Minute Healthy Yogurt Sandwich

A quick and satisfying yogurt sandwich bursting with flavor, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • Whole Grain Bread (or gluten-free alternative)
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Vegetables (e.g. cucumber, bell peppers, lettuce)
  • Fresh Herbs (like dill or mint)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workstation by clearing counters and gathering ingredients.
  2. Slice the Vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the Yogurt Base in a bowl with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
  4. Spread the Yogurt on two slices of bread.
  5. Layer the Vegetables on one yogurt-coated slice.
  6. Top It Off with the other slice of bread, yogurt side down.
  7. Slice and Serve the sandwich as desired.
