3-Ingredient Creamy Yogurt Cake

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a round 9-inch cake pan by greasing it and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt and sugar in a large bowl until well blended. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or topped with whipped cream and fresh berries. This cake can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
