Air Fried Bananas

A quick and delightful treat made from ripe bananas, air-fried to perfection for a caramelized flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise or into rounds.
  3. Mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Toss the banana slices in the sugar-spice mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Close the air fryer and set the timer for 6-8 minutes.
  8. Remove the bananas carefully from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with yogurt or ice cream. Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
