Air Fryer Peanut Butter Banana Bites

A quick and delightful snack featuring creamy peanut butter and sweet banana slices, all air-fried to golden perfection.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • Cooking spray or oil for air frying

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by peeling the bananas and slicing them into thick rounds, about half an inch thick.
  2. Slather on the peanut butter onto half of the banana rounds to create mini-banana sandwiches.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  4. Arrange the banana sandwiches in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each bite.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 6-8 minutes, checking halfway through for doneness.
  6. Cool the bites for a minute before enjoying them warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, add crushed nuts to the peanut butter. Drizzle honey or maple syrup after air frying for added sweetness.
