Amazing Sticky Honey Garlic Cauliflower

A delightful twist on a classic stir-fry, transforming humble cauliflower into a sumptuous, finger-licking feast coated in a luscious honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the cauliflower.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in half of the sticky honey garlic sauce and spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the cauliflower and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Great served with rice or quinoa. Feel free to add sliced bell peppers or peanuts for extra flavor.
