Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables

A colorful and delicious beef stir fry packed with vibrant vegetables and rich flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing your beef thinly against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the cornstarch. Mix well!
  3. Place a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat; add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. Toss in your minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the marinated beef to the hot pan. Spread it out in a single layer to sear nicely.
  6. Now it’s time to get colorful! Add your mixed veggies to the pan.
  7. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and oyster sauce over the ingredients.
  8. Add salt and pepper—taste to adjust seasoning.
  9. Turn off the heat and let it rest for a minute.

Notes

For additional flavor, serve over rice or noodles with a garnish of sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
