  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup crushed golden Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and crushed Oreos.
  7. Scoop heaping tablespoons onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil. Experiment with different sprinkle themes for seasonal variations!
