  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for layering)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the base: Sprinkle a layer of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of a dish or individual cups.
  5. Add the cream cheese filling: Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crumbs, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Top with blueberry pie filling: Drizzle the blueberry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Chill and set: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish and serve: Remove from the fridge and garnish with fresh blueberries before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Serve in individual cups for a beautiful presentation or family-style for sharing.
