Cheesy Chicken Bread Rolls

Delightful bread rolls stuffed with shredded chicken and melted cheese, perfect for family gatherings and comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large bread rolls
  • Butter for brushing
  • Optional: Herbs for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare each bread roll by cutting a slit in the side to create a pocket.
  4. Fill the rolls generously with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. Brush the tops of the filled rolls with melted butter.
  6. Bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like marinara or paired with a salad. These rolls can also be made in advance and baked fresh.
