Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet. Stir and heat through for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Stir until melted.
  5. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Don’t overfill.
  6. Roll the tortillas by folding the sides inward and then rolling from the bottom up.
  7. Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Slice the wraps diagonally and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Customize the wraps with different fillings or sauces. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
