Cherry Vanilla Iced Latte

A refreshing Cherry Vanilla Iced Latte that combines rich coffee, sweet cherries, and creamy almond milk, perfect for sipping on warm summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cherry Syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cold Brew Coffee: Brew your cold coffee a day ahead or at least 12-24 hours before you want to enjoy your latte. Combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water in a container (ratio: 1 cup coffee to 4 cups water). Let it steep in the fridge. Once ready, strain it through a coffee filter or a fine-mesh sieve.
  2. Chill the Glass: While your cold brew is chilling, pop your glass into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add Ice: Remove your glass from the freezer and fill it generously with ice.
  4. Mix the Cherry Syrup and Cold Brew: Pour in cherry syrup over the ice, then add cold brew coffee until the glass is about three-quarters full.
  5. Top with Almond Milk: Gently pour almond milk into the glass.
  6. Garnish and Stir: Add an extra drizzle of cherry syrup on top and a couple of fresh cherries for garnish. Stir gently.
