Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Brownies: Start with the brownie mix (or your homemade recipe) according to package instructions or your personal favorite method. Bake in an 8×8 inch pan. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add in the Sweetness: Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract until thick and creamy.
  4. Form the Buckeye Centers: Cut cooled brownies into bite-sized squares. Press 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture into each brownie.
