Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time and mix well, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
