Chicken and Zucchini One-Dish Meal

A simple yet hearty one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and fresh zucchini, seasoned to perfection.

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 2 Medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and slicing zucchini, and dicing chicken breasts.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken in the pan until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add the zucchini to the pan and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Let everything simmer on low heat for another 3-5 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
