Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Delicious and crunchy air fryer banana chips coated with a warm cinnamon-sugar blend, perfect for a healthy snack.

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prep the bananas by peeling and slicing them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Season the slices in a bowl with cinnamon and sugar, tossing gently.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Cool the chips for a few minutes after removing them from the air fryer.
  7. Taste one to check for crunchiness and sweetness, adding more cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Store the chips in an airtight container for freshness. If they lose their crispiness, reheat them in the air fryer briefly.
