  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., spinach, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Let it rest: Remove chicken and let it rest on a cutting board, covered with foil.
  3. Sizzle the garlic: In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add broth and noodles: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cream: Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Chop the chicken: Slice the rested chicken into strips or bite-sized pieces.
  7. Add vegetables: Toss in fresh vegetables and stir until softened, about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Season it up: Pour in soy sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chili oil. Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
