  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add in your pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. Sauté the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Make It Creamy: Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream (or Greek yogurt). Simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
  4. Add Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Drain pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing until well coated. Add reserved pasta water to adjust consistency if needed.
  6. Plate and Serve: Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh parsley. Enjoy your comforting dish!
