  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 6 cups water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cucumbers: Start by peeling and chopping 4-5 medium cucumbers into chunks.
  2. Juicing Time: Toss the chopped cucumbers into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the Juice: Using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, strain the blended cucumber mixture to extract the juice.
  4. Lemon Juice Prep: While your cucumber juice is straining, squeeze fresh lemons until you achieve about 1 cup of lemon juice.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, blend the strained cucumber juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and raw honey together.
  6. Add Water: Pour in the 6 cups of cold water and stir well.
  7. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate your cucumber lemonade for at least one hour before serving.
