  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash those cucumbers under cool water.
  2. Slice the Cucumbers: Cut into thin rounds or half-moons, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Dice the Red Onion: Peel and slice as thin as possible; soak if needed.
  4. Halve the Cherry Tomatoes: Cut them in half for flavor and sweetness.
  5. Chop the Fresh Dill: Finely chop to enhance your dish.
  6. Assemble the Salad: Combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, dill, and feta in a bowl.
  7. Make the Dressing: Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and seasonings in a separate bowl.
  8. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently.
  9. Chill and Serve: Let sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
