Flourless Brownies

Decadent flourless brownies made with bananas and peanut butter, perfect for a guilt-free treat.

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey (optional)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Mix in the peanut butter until well combined.
  5. Incorporate cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt into the batter.
  6. Add the maple syrup if using and fold until mixed.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly firm and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or dusted with powdered sugar. Can add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
