Garlic Butter Steak Bites

A quick and elegant 15-minute meal featuring succulent steak, tender zucchini, and a luscious garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 medium zucchini (cut into half-moons)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by cutting your steak into cubes and zucchini into half-moons.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sizzle the steak cubes in the pan, cooking for about 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the zucchini half-moons and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
  5. Create a well in the center of the pan and add the butter and minced garlic, allowing it to melt and coat the meat and veggies.
  6. Remove the pan from heat once the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute, and toss everything together.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

For an impressive presentation, serve in a warm bowl, drizzling any leftover garlic butter on top. Enjoy with rice, mashed potatoes, or a refreshing salad.
