  • 110 grams dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp honey (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Whipped cream or berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate by breaking it into small chunks and microwaving in 20-second increments until silky smooth.
  2. Cool the melted chocolate down for a few minutes.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt in a separate bowl to loosen it up.
  4. Combine the cooled chocolate into the Greek yogurt while whisking continuously for a smooth mix.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, honey, and salt; adjust sweetness to taste.
  6. Whip the mixture gently until fluffy and well combined.
  7. Chill by spooning the mousse into serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries on top.
