  • Sturdy bread (pita or baguette)
  • 1 cup lettuce (or spinach/arugula)
  • 1 large tomato (or roasted red peppers/avocado)
  • 1 onion (red or caramelized)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tikka masala spices, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill: Heat to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken: Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  4. Rest the chicken: Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the bread: Toast lightly on the grill or in a pan.
