  3. Mix the flour and baking powder in a large bowl until well blended.
  4. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Add the mashed sweet potato and buttermilk until just combined.
  6. Shape the dough on a floured surface and cut out biscuits.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
