  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 chopped date
  • 1 tablespoon toasted rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
