Protein Sakura Milk Cheesecake

A luscious Protein Sakura Milk Cheesecake infused with the subtle floral notes of sakura, offering a healthy yet indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or Skyr
  • 1 cup Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 12 teaspoons Sakura Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup Natural Sweetener (Honey, Maple Syrup, or Agave Nectar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, and protein powder using a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add in 1–2 teaspoons of sakura extract and adjust according to your taste.
  4. Sweeten the mixture with your chosen sweetener and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set.
  6. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve by running a knife around the edges of the pan and releasing it. Enjoy with optional garnishes.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with sweetened whipped cream or dust with matcha. Can be made gluten-free with a suitable crust.
