  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or skyr
  • 1 cup light cream cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 12 tablespoons yuzu juice
  • 24 tablespoons natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • Optional: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by mixing 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and 2 tablespoons of natural sweetener. Spoon into jars and press down.
  2. Create the cheesecake filling by combining 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of light cream cheese, and 1 scoop of protein powder until smooth.
  3. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of yuzu juice and 2-4 tablespoons of natural sweetener. Stir until well combined.
  4. Layer the jars by adding cheesecake filling on top of the crumb base, using about 1/3 cup for each jar.
  5. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve and enjoy with garnishes like fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes
