  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, and natural sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add Protein and Hojicha: Gradually add protein powder and hojicha powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour into the Pan: Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
  6. Cool the Cheesecake: Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
