Homemade Cucumber Lemonade

A refreshing drink that combines the crisp flavor of cucumber with the bright zing of fresh lemon for a perfect summer sip.

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 large lemons
  • 3 cups cold filtered water
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Wash the cucumber and lemons thoroughly. Peel the cucumber if desired, then cut it into slices.
  2. Juice the Lemons: Roll the lemons on the counter, cut them in half, and squeeze into a measuring cup.
  3. Blend It All Together: Add cucumber slices, lemon juice, and 2 cups of cold water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  5. Sweeten It Up: Add the remaining cup of water and sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Chill Out: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with Style: Fill glasses with ice, pour the lemonade, and garnish with mint.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to your liking. This drink can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
