No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

Individual no-bake cheesecake cups layered with a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with fresh berries. Perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 Sleeve Graham Crackers
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 2 Packages (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Fresh Berries of Your Choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crust by crushing graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crust ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined.
  3. Form the crust by spooning the mixture into cups and pressing down.
  4. Prep the cream cheese filling by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix until creamy.
  6. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  9. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve topped with fresh berries and optionally drizzle with honey or chocolate.
