Insanely Good Chocolate Brownies

Decadently delicious chocolate brownies—rich, gooey, and oh-so-satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until frothy.
  5. Incorporate the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, performing the toothpick test for doneness.
  8. Cool the brownies in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For serving, enjoy them warm with ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Brownies can be customized with nuts or spices for added flavor.
