  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering and chopping.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  4. Toss in the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pepperoncini peppers.
