  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup salami, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup creamy parmesan dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables: Wash your romaine lettuce thoroughly, remove wilted leaves, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice your meats and cheese: Slice the pepperoni and salami into rounds and cube the provolone cheese.
  3. Chop your veggies: Dice cucumbers, halve cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion.
  4. Combine everything in a mixing bowl: In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine, pepperoni, salami, provolone, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  5. Toss it all together: Gently toss your salad using tongs or a large spoon, coating each piece with dressing.
