Loaded Pepperoni Bread Bowl

A comforting and customizable sourdough bread bowl filled with pepperoni, cheese, and marinara, perfect for chilly evenings.

  • 1 large sourdough bread bowl
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • A sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bread bowl by cutting the top off and hollowing it out.
  3. Mix the pepperoni, mozzarella, marinara, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the bread bowl with the filling and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm, optionally drizzling extra marinara on the side.
