Delightfully Homemade Maple Cranberry Granola

A delightful mix of oats, sweet maple syrup, and tangy dried cranberries, with the crunch of pecans, perfect for breakfast or snacking.

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the rolled oats, pecans, and dried cranberries in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the warm coconut oil mixture with the oat mixture until well-coated.
  6. Spread the granola mixture on the prepared baking sheet and press down gently.
  7. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden.
  8. Cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.

Notes

Customize with your favorite nuts or dried fruits for different flavors. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
