Marry Me No Bake Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cups

A rich and velvety chocolate mousse paired with fresh raspberries, perfect for impressing at any gathering.

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate by chopping it and placing it in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool.
  2. Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form, adding vanilla extract for flavor.
  3. Fold a third of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate, then gently fold in the remaining cream until no white streaks remain.
  4. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar and fold carefully, tasting to adjust sweetness.
  5. Assemble the cups by layering mousse and raspberries in serving glasses.
  6. Chill the cups for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

These mousse cups can be made a day in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
