A delightful twist on the classic panna cotta, infused with bright yuzu flavors and packed with protein for a guilt-free indulgence.

  • 1 cup Light Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup Natural Sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup Yuzu Juice (or a mix of lemon and lime juices)
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  2. Sweeten It Up: Add the natural sweetener and yuzu juice while the base is warming. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  3. Prepare the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit until spongy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the Gelatin: Heat the yogurt mixture gently and whisk in the gelatin until dissolved.
  5. Chill and Set: Pour the mixture into cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Add whipped cream and zest of lime or lemon on top, along with fresh berries or edible flowers.

Notes

For a lighter option, you can substitute light cream cheese with dairy-free alternatives. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference!
