  • 2 medium Zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted (or olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Mix the biscuit dough, grated zucchini, and cheeses in a bowl.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized bombs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
