  • 1 lb gyro meat (lamb, beef, chicken, or deli slices)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Fresh vegetables (optional: romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (optional, crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic bread by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley, then spread it over sliced bread.
  3. Bake the garlic bread on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Cook the gyro meat in a skillet over medium heat until golden and heated through.
