Korean BBQ Biscuit Pie

A comforting fusion of Korean BBQ flavors enveloped in a flaky biscuit crust, perfect for cozy dinners or entertaining.

  • 1 lb Korean Beef (Bulgogi), marinated
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the biscuits according to recipe or package instructions.
  3. Cook the marinated Korean beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Combine bell peppers and garlic, sautéing for 3 minutes, then stir in green onions.
  5. Layer the biscuit dough in a pie dish, add the beef filling evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and fold biscuit edges over if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Finish by sprinkling toasted sesame seeds on top, let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
