  4. Combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in another bowl until creamy.
  5. Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
