Ultimate Turkey Club Flatbread Melt

A flavorful fusion of crispy bacon, tender turkey, and gooey cheese, nestled in warm flatbread—a comfort food classic.

  • 8 oz deli turkey slices
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 2 whole wheat or spinach flatbreads
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce (optional)
  • 1 large ripe tomato (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cook your bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels.
  2. Warm the flatbreads in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until pliable and slightly golden.
  3. Layer the ingredients on one half of each flatbread: turkey, crispy bacon, and cheese.
  4. Melt and fold the flatbread in half, pressing gently with a spatula, and cook for another minute on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Chop and serve: Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and add fresh lettuce and tomato.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different meats or vegetables to customize your melt. Save some bacon fat to toast the flatbreads for extra flavor.
