No-Bake Caramel Apple Cheesecake Parfaits

Delightful no-bake parfaits layered with creamy cheesecake, tart Granny Smith apples, and rich caramel drizzle.

  • 9 Graham Crackers
  • 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp. Organic Sugar (or white granulated)
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • ¼ cup Organic Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Cold Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¼ cup Organic Sugar
  • ¼ cup Organic Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 4 large Organic Granny Smith Apples
  • 14 oz. Organic Caramel Dip
  • 2 cups Homemade Diced Apple Pie Topping
  • 2 cups Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp. Organic Sugar

Instructions

  1. Crush the Graham Crackers in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed crackers with butter and organic sugar until well coated.
  3. Form the crusts by pressing the mixture into serving cups.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with organic sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  7. Sauté the apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until tender.
  8. Cool the sautéed apples to room temperature.
  9. Layer the parfaits: graham crust, cheesecake filling, apples, and caramel.
  10. Chill the parfaits for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These parfaits can be made ahead of time and improve in flavor when chilled overnight.
