No-Bake Caramel Cheesecake Shooters

Delightful no-bake cheesecake shooters layered with creamy cheesecake and buttery caramel, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of caramel sauce
  • 4 1/2 ounces of graham crackers
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing.
  5. Fold in half of the caramel sauce into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Start by adding a layer of graham cracker crust at the bottom of your serving glasses.
  7. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust.
  8. Repeat layers of graham cracker crust and cheesecake filling until reaching the top.
  9. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream to finish.
  10. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize flavors by adding chocolate, nuts, or fruits to the mixture.
