  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, setting it aside in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
  3. Mix the brewed coffee and unsalted butter into the hot cream until melted.
  4. Combine the creamy mixture with the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
  5. Stir until smooth and glossy, taking time to enjoy the process.
  6. Chill the ganache in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm.
  7. Roll the ganache into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  8. Dust or coat the truffles in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or sprinkles.
  9. Chill the rolled truffles again for 30 minutes before serving.
