No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Tools: You’ll need a large mixing bowl, a spatula, and a 9×9 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup: In the mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Incorporate Oats: Add 2 cups of rolled oats to the mixture and mix until well coated.
  4. Add Vanilla and Chocolate Chips: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Chill Out! Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Slice and Serve: Remove from the dish, slice into squares, and enjoy!

Notes
