No-Bake Personal Strawberry Cheesecakes

Delicious no-bake personal strawberry cheesecakes, perfect for any occasion. Creamy, tangy, and topped with a rich strawberry spread.

  • 60 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 15 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 180 g heavy cream, cold
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 30 g Greek yogurt, room temperature
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 235 g Bonne Maman INTENSE Strawberry Fruit Spread
  • 15 g lemon juice (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well-blended.
  2. Shape the crust by packing the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  3. Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, vanilla bean paste, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  6. Assemble the cheesecakes by spooning the filling over the crusts.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes.
  8. Top with the strawberry spread.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
