Pumpkin Tiramisu

A delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Pumpkin Tiramisu combines rich flavors with creamy textures, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your coffee by brewing a strong cup and letting it cool completely.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix the mascarpone and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone-pumpkin mixture gently.
  5. Flavor with pumpkin pie spice and fold until evenly distributed.
  6. Dunk each ladyfinger quickly in the cooled coffee.
  7. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  8. Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  9. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the rest of the pumpkin mixture on top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  11. Serve with a dusting of pumpkin pie spice or cocoa powder.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. The flavors will improve over time.
