No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Cheesecake Cups

Delightful cheesecake cups blending creamy goodness with crunchy pretzels and a drizzle of salted caramel.

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling
  • Extra pretzels, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the pretzels with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels with sugar and melted butter until even.
  3. Form the crust in serving cups, pressing it down firmly.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Spoon the filling over the pretzel crust in each cup.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake filling.
  10. Sprinkle with sea salt and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These cups can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
