Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients: whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually, folding gently.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips evenly into the batter.
  7. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
